Bullying

We know that you will achieve your very best at The Lakes School if you are happy and enjoy coming to school. We have an excellent reputation as a caring school and for working with parents and young people to resolve any bullying issues. If you feel that you are being bullied then we would urge you to speak to your Form Tutor or another member of staff so that we can make it stop.

During May 2015, our students told Ofsted inspectors that bullying at The Lakes School is uncommon. Our students also said that they feel well looked after and appreciate the family feel of the school and know that their views are listened to carefully by staff.

The information below will help if you think you might be being bullied. Please take some time to read through the information and then, most importantly, come and speak to someone who will be able to help you.
