CHANGE OF DETAILS

Keeping your personal details up to date is extremely important and we would urge you to let the school know immediately when anything changes. This might include changes to your home address, telephone numbers, parents’ place of work, first point of contact for emergencies etc.

It is also important for you to update us about any changes to medical details, which may include conditions that affect your day-to-day life. It is also important for you to inform the school if we have a record of a medical condition that is no longer relevant.

Informing the school immediately of any such changes ensures that we can fully care for your child and respond swiftly in an emergency.

To make any changes to personal details, your parents can download, print and complete the form below – returning it to the school office, call the main school telephone number or write a letter, which can also be handed in to the school office.
