Duke of Edinburgh Award

The Lakes School has a longstanding reputation for delivering an outstanding Duke of Edinburgh programme and many students successfully complete the bronze, silver and gold awards every year. The Duke of Edinburgh awards are well respected by Universities and employers as they help to demonstrate your sense of commitment, your ability to overcome barriers, and a desire to develop yourself as a person.

Throughout your Duke of Edinburgh award programme you will develop resilience, team work skills and learn to take the lead in challenging situations.

Mr Robinson is keen to hear from anyone who is interested in embarking on their Duke of Edinburgh adventure.

Below you will find a number of useful resources and you can access the Duke of Edinburgh website itself by clicking on the logo.
